Method

  1. Coarsely grate the carrot into smaller pieces like a stick.
  2. Next, slice the French beans finely.
  3. The shallots and garlics are then all coarsely chopped.
  4. Heat up the cooking oil. After that, sauté shallot and garlic for 5 minutes or until soft, then add the chopped vegetables. Cook it all until half cooked.
  5. Proceed to add the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Close the stove and wait for it to fully cooldown before placing it into the spring roll wrappers.
  7. Continue to wrap the ingredients until you run out of either component.
  8. Finally, fry the wrappers with hot cooking oil and wait until the wrap changes colour to brown, then set aside.
