Method
- Coarsely grate the carrot into smaller pieces like a stick.
- Next, slice the French beans finely.
- The shallots and garlics are then all coarsely chopped.
- Heat up the cooking oil. After that, sauté shallot and garlic for 5 minutes or until soft, then add the chopped vegetables. Cook it all until half cooked.
- Proceed to add the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Close the stove and wait for it to fully cooldown before placing it into the spring roll wrappers.
- Continue to wrap the ingredients until you run out of either component.
- Finally, fry the wrappers with hot cooking oil and wait until the wrap changes colour to brown, then set aside.
