Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles
Ingredients
- 800g chicken
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp siracha
- 5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 200 mL chicken stock
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely diced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry
- 2x 440g Hokkien noodles
Method
- Add all the ingredients except for the garlic, slurry and noodles to a bowl
- Add garlic and a little bit of oil to a cold pan, turn heat to medium
- After ~1min or when garlic becomes fragrant, add chicken
- Stir through slurry into chicken, reduce heat to low
- Simmer chicken for an hour and sauce has thickened somewhat
- Just before chicken is ready, cook noodles
- Add noodles to chicken and serve
